“We need the courage to start and continue what we should do and the courage to stop what we shouldn’t do”
Richard L. Evans
We need to know when to start and know if we should continue and also know if we should stop

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY part 3

Student Responsibility
Part 3
What is important to you is that you, as you start to reach milestones in your ambitions, you appreciate your own achievements. It is a boost, of course, if others appreciate what you have done too, but appreciate yourself will strengthen your self-belief, and reinforce your determination to succeed. Some of the characteristics you will find in those who are successful are perseverance prepared to research, plan and work hard practice a lot even when things do not turn out your way. It is you trying to succeed in, a strong vision of your future, planning, and setting yourself achievable targets can all play an important role.
If you feel you don’t naturally have all those characteristics then you do not despair. Each of them can be achieved by your own application. You can use medication and visualization techniques to instate your vision and they can be certainly be learnt.

“The Importance of good sportsmanship”
Good sportsmanship indicates a personality that accepts a loss as a reason to try harder. It teaches team work, understanding, patience, respect and many more great qualities. It is easy to win, but to lose and still hold up your chin says so much about an athlete. Good sportsmanship is when teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials treat each other with respect. Kids learn the basics of sportsmanship from the adults in their lives, parents and their coaches. Kids who see adults behaving in a

sportsmanlike way gradually come to especially their understand that the real winners in sports are those who know how to behave with dignity whether they win or lose a game.

1.      People will know they can count on you
2.     You’re a team player
3.     You don’t criticize people for their lack of sportsmanship
4.     And you play fair to your opponent

Student Success Statement
“My basic principle is that you don’t make decisions because they are they are easy; you don’t make them because they are cheap; you don’t make them because they’re popular; you make them because they’re right.
-Theodore Hesburgh

My reflection is that don’t make decisions because their easy, cheap, or popular make them because your heart and feelings toward something make you choose the correct thing in your life and any decision you make.

“Decisions Determine Destiny”

Thomas S. Destiny

I like this statement because decisions do determine your destiny, meaning that if you choose the right decisions that reflect the good things that you want to be and if you don’t make the right decisions that is the exact opposite of what you want to be.
